Moose Hunting

I'm interested in finding out more about the moose hunting at your resort. I'm particularly interested in archery hunting for 2 hunters. What are the options for tags (2 bulls, 1 bull 1 cow, etc.)? What are the sighting/shot rates during archery season? I noticed on your website it indicated 1 in 6 for archery season, is this because people opted not to shoot or did not see anything to shoot? Does the advertised price include guide service each day?

Any additional information you can provide would be great.

Thank you for your inquiry. Our moose hunts are booked for the next two years. Regarding the past bow hunts, success mostly depends on weather. If it's not the right temp the rut won't happen. We have seen two cows and three calves regularly this summer in the river between GH and Buck. Two days ago we saw a big mature bull and a young spike horn in the river. I have a hunt this October; I'll post a few photos. BTW our rifle hunt is 100% success since 1982.
